Power outage causes fire outbreak at Surfline Data Center: Network disrupted

There is a fire outbreak at the Surfline Data Center here in Accra which has disrupted network connectivity of Surfline users.

According to their Facebook page, “Nobody was injured, but we do not know the extent of the damage at this time. Please bare with us as we assess the impact of this unfortunate incident and work to get the network back up to speed.We will continue to provide updates as we receive them. We appreciate your patience at this time.”  

The fire is reported to have been caused by a major power outage.
