The gym is a strange urban wilderness beaming with more testosterone and pheromones than any African savanna. There's also lots of perfectly placed animal sounds and the occassional old man ball sack.
In this parody of BBC's nature specials, filmmakers take us on a journey into this vast environment full of delicate egos, cell phones, and sweat to take aim at the ridiculousness that flows through every gym.
