He is the chairman of Angel Group Of Companies, the parent company of Angel Herbal Products Industry Ltd, Angel Educational Complex Ltd (Junior And Senior High School), Angel Broadcasting Services Ltd (TV & Radio, Angel FM), Angel Transport and Trading Ltd and Angel Estate and Construction Ltd.
He is believed to have made millions from these ventures.
Angel Educational Complex was established in 2004 by Mr Oteng, with the aim of enhancing the quality of education at both basic and secondary levels.
Angel Educational Complex comprises pre-school, primary school, junior high school, senior high school and Angel International – a British Council Accredited Centre to train students for the University of Cambridge International Examination (CIE).
Currently, it has a student population of over 2000, with teaching and non-teaching staff of 260.
The complex has in place well-coordinated co-curricular activities in the form of educational tours abroad and excursions within Ghana to broaden the scope of studies and give practical experience to pupils and students.
