Ghana Power Minister, Dr Donkor Resigns

Sources close to government hinted that the Minister handed his resignation letter over to President Mahama on Wednesday, December 31, 2015, evening.

His resignation came some few hours after the Ministry of Power issued a statement suggesting that the four-year old energy crisis is over.

In that statement which was signed by Kweku Sesah Johnson, his ministry claimed that the power crisis that has overwhelmed the nation over the past four years has now ended.
