We all know that friend or family member who opted to pay extra at the DMV for a vanity license plate. Perhaps you consider it a complete waste of money. Or maybe that unique plate is just too hilarious not to do. Then you’re annoyed at yourself for not thinking of it beforehand. Whatever your opinion on the subject is, we’ve gathered a series of photos of vanity license plates that are pretty damn funny and display a nice dose of smartassness (we looked that last word up; Urban Dictionary even has a definition).
