Last week, the internet was buzzing because beautiful and talented actress Funke Akindele, known for her role on the Nigerian TV show Jenifa was selected to be part of the cast of Marvel’s action superhero movie- Avengers: “Infinity War”.
The movie has Marvel superheroes such as Black Panther, Captain America, Black Widow in it. She did not make any public response to the news so no one knew for sure if she did play the part as one of the members of Dora Milaje in the movie.
Noone knew till today, that is. IMDb updated the cast details on the website and it looks like Funke has been replaced Genevieve Nnaji for that particular role. Some say it is because Funke is pregant. We're still trying to get a response for Funke and her team.
