A Starbow aircraft crashed this afternoon at the Kotoka International Airport
The plane skidded off the tarmac and landed on grass, a source at the Airport confirmed to Myjoyonline.com
Officials of Starbow have not been available for comment but the Aviation Minister Cecilia Dapaah will not confirm or deny the accident when Myjoyonline.com spoke to her.
She would rather a technical report is issued to explain exactly what happened in order not to create fear and panic.
Unconfirmed reports say at least five people have sustained minor injuries and have been rushed to the hospital.
Myjoyonline.com cannot immediately confirm same.
